Use Your PRINT SCREEN Key
to Show Them What You Mean

The PRINT SCREEN KEY can be a real convenience and a time saver during the web design process.

You can locate the PRINT SCREEN key usually on the upper right-hand corner of your keyboard.

Simply press the PRINT SCREEN key to copy an image of what is on your screen to your clipboard.

Then, in your email program, you can paste the image into any email that you want to send out.

Showing your web designer what you are seeing is much easier than describing it in words (and more accurate too). Using your PRINT SCREEN key can help to cut down on confusion or misinterpretation during the design process.
