Initial Consultation Policy

Initial consultations at my home office near Wrigley Field are free of charge, with no obligation, unless you decide to retain my services, in which case the time may be charged if the initial consultation lasts more than half an hour. This initial consultation policy is due to the fact that the client will be receiving recommendations regarding their website during the initial consultation, and that these recommendations will likely benefit the client, even if the client chooses not to retain my services.
